Hercules galaxy cluster

Egymással gravitációsan kötött galaxisok csoportja, mely több száz, akár több ezer galaxist is tartalmazhat.

Time to time, I got the question, how far my telescope can see. But it is not the distance what matters, but the amount of light. So the border is the edge of the observable universe. The Hercules Galaxy cluster is about 650 million light-years away. This is a group of gravitationally tied galaxies containing hundreds or thousands of them. By the way, this is one of the bigest structure of the observable universe. Everything on this image, which is not pointlike, is a galaxy itself.
